Musubi Dojo Munich

Musubi is a space for Aikido, dance and movement in Munich – with a focus on inclusivity and community.

Aikido is not just a martial art, but also a form of communication. It enables positive interaction and movement even in the midst of conflict – and thus brings people closer together. This is precisely what we want to pass on and make accessible to as many people as possible.

Roee began practicing Aikido in 2009 under the tutelage of Miles Kessler Sensei and holds a 3rd Dan (Aikikai). From 2009 to 2018, he trained daily with Miles Kessler at the Integral Dojo in Tel Aviv and began teaching his own Aikido classes regularly in 2013.

His background in the Feldenkrais Method and sports science supports his teaching, allowing him to bring clarity, sensitivity and awareness to movement work.

Since 2018, Roee has lived in Munich, where he continues to explore and teach Aikido as a practice of connection and presence. He also trains with Bruno Gonzales Sensei, whose influence strongly shapes his approach – a blend of precision, gentleness, and deep understanding.

Aikido is not just a martial art, but also a form of communication. It enables positive interaction and movement even in the midst of conflict – and thus brings people closer together. This is precisely what we want to pass on and make accessible to as many people as possible.
