It’s never easy to start something new – and Aikidō is no exception.
Often we can’t imagine ever reaching the level of our more experienced training partners, or we’re afraid of making a fool of ourselves.
We’ve all been beginners once, and that’s exactly why we love teaching beginners!
Our beginner course is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Aikidō and prepare you to join the regular group with confidence.

Who is it for?
Aikido is an excellent way to improve mobility, expand physical abilities, and increase flexibility.
In the beginner's course you will learn:
Safe and smooth fall and roll – both forward and backward

Roee Beer
Roee began training Aikido in 2009 under the guidance of Miles Kessler Sensei and holds a 3rd Dan black belt (Aikikai). For many years, Roee was part of Miles' dojo team in Tel Aviv, where he taught hundreds of Aikido beginners as a dojo director and instructor. His training in the Feldenkrais Method and sports science profoundly supports his teaching and enables him to bring clarity, sensitivity, and awareness to his movement practice.
Since 2018, Roee has lived in Munich, where he continues to explore and teach Aikido as a practice of connection and presence. He also trains with Bruno Gonzales Sensei, whose influence strongly shapes his Aikido style—a blend of precision, gentleness, and deep understanding.
